  • Sold me a service they can't provide

    I have been a Windstream customer for about 10 years now. I currently have 12 mbps service but due to all of the devices requiring internet in my home I needed to be upgraded to 20 mbps service. I was sold the service and weeks later after checking I am still only getting 12 mbps service. When I called for the 3rd time they finally told me that not only do I need to now rent a modem but also the 20 mbps service cannot be provided to me for 4-6 weeks but they expect me to pay the 20 mbps plan while I get 12 mbps until it is upgraded.   • Pay For DSL But Cant Use It!!

    We have had DSL through Windstream for years. Throughout that time our internet has lagged here and there but for the past few months, you cant check email, search any web cant use it. Although it shows connected, you cant open any web page. Ive called and reported and was told something about copper wire they used no longer works or some mess. I want it fix, I pay for it and should be able to use it. Or they need to refund me for all the months that I've paid for a service I cant use.
